The apartment was excellent for the rate with a neat lounge/kitchen and ample bathroom and ideal bedroom. The view from the balcony was excellent: it looked out on a majestic mountain range with the local town below. There is a small shop about a mile away that does lovely fresh cheeses, meats and breads, We anjoyed a lovely evening meal using the kitchen facilities. Because the area was out of season (i'm sure it's very busy during ski season) it was a very quiet and peaceful area.
The only downside was the sullen teenager sent to meet us. He did the bare minimum and failed to raise a smile during check-in or check-out. But it made us laugh rather really!

the price and location was great - the indoor heating worked fairly well
The advertisement said fully fitted kitchen - there was only a stove, oven and fridge - no microwave or kettle (which I would have thought would be most convenient for self catering travellers), cutlery was ok but very small cups - luckily we had our own - difficult communication with italian speaking staff, went off to town for tourist info

The staff was helpful and room/bathroom was clean and pleasant. Beautiful view from the balcony. Coffee machine as a part of kitchen equipment.
Do not stay in this hotel if not taking your own car! The nearest bus stop is located in Oga town centre which is 1 km down the hill, also nearest shop is in such distance. We did not have the car and after skiing all day we had to climb up the mountain every day. Also the bathroom is strangely designed, if you want to take a shower and close all the screens you end up in a dark end of the room. Taking a shower leaves huge paddle of water on bathroom floor, this need to be mopped in order to keep your feet dry.

Nice view from rooms, elevator in the building, endowed kitchen, nice bathroom.Close to OGA ski resort.
Far away from Bormio ski resort/20 min driving/ and from the city, slippery way from parking to the hotel,no english speaking staff, difficult to find it without GPS.

The hotel is really rental condominiums, and managed accordingly. The units are new and in good shape. It is maximized to families or couples and has a very nice kitchen, separate bedroom, and living room with pull out bed. Located in Oga, it can be reached by driving up a mountain road from Bormia. If you are there for a few days or more, it is a good choice. For one night, you might stay closer to town. We enjoyed it, and it was a very beautiful but relatively remote location.
The hotel staff is non existent except in the morning and afternoon. Very friendly and helpful, but you are pretty much on your own. There are one or two resturants and a convenience store in the village of Oga. Long walk to them.

we spent there 9 nights in total, during the summer. Very nice residence, quite huge, located 10 minutes far from Bormio, in a strategic position to visit the entire area (Livigno included, 30 km far). Apartment clean and well furnished. Good thing: we made a reservation for a studio and they gave us a double room for the entire period! Staff very friendly and helpful, the owner Franco gave us lot of useful information about bike and trekking itineraries.
A little bit far from Bormio, you need a car to reach it. The place where the hotel is located is unprovided of shops except a small supermarket. For any other purchase you need to go to Bormio.

Helpful staff. Peaceful location. Spacious room. I would happily stay in this hotel again.
Hotel itself is great but the location requires having a car or willingness to pay for a taxi from Bormio after 5pm. Also would have liked to have room cleaned (bins changed, towels refreshed, toilet paper refilled) during my 3 day stay, but I am sure that if I had made a request at the desk that the staff would have been happy to do so. As a solo traveller, it was not that much of a problem for me.

Very comfortable room, beautiful views, very quiet
the location is quite isolated, to go to the shops or restaurants you need the car

Modern and clean appartment with fully equipped kitchen and good bathroom. The location is quiet, no supermarket or restaurant seen nearby. So bring all your supplies before driving the 5 Km uphill to this small mountain village of Oda.
Be aware of the check-in time. Officially between 5 and 7 PM, but possibly open for discussion. Didn´t try earlier myself.

Clean. Nothing else.
I tried to sleep for two days on a sofa bed, which was broken from the middle. Spent extra € visiting the doctor after the holiday was over because I injured my back in the process. I left a day early because I could not take it anymore! Reception nowhere to be found!

Very good value for its price. The residence is out of the village,up on the mountans and the view from most rooms is nice. Still, it only takes 15 minutes by car to Bormio.
The fridge and the tv did not work properly but they said they would fix this soon.
